JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Senior Account Manager this position’s primary role is to enhance the effectiveness of the Account Executives by providing information management support; representing the AE’s to others and maintaining key account relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with AE’s to manage client expectations and makes recommendations on products or services as per the request of the customer.
- Submits project details from customer requests to Project Management and assists the AE’s from discovery to delivery of every project.
- Represents the AE’s by attending meetings in the AE’s absence.
- Conserves AE’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting emails and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Meets with AE’s on a regular basis for project updates, tasks, client relations and any other items that are pertinent to the AE’s involvement.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3 – 7 years working in Tradeshow/Event Design.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and customer-centric environment.
- Actively learns and applies new methods to meet customer demand.
- Strong computer skills/Windows/Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
